1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CloseIt (the "Service"), provided by Seogo Global Impact Ltd Co, Omaha, Nebraska, USA ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information (name, email) when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, Inc. on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard via the Manage Billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
Do not generate content that is harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the proposals and information you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Proposals are generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before sending it to clients or relying on it in business decisions.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
